Retail Store Manager - Full-time / Part-time

We have a full-time opening for a Retail Store Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

The Retail Store manager position was developed to ensure that policies, and procedures, especially those relating to customer service, are adhered to for all areas of store operation.

The Retail Store Manager position is a professional, supervisory position held accountable for the daily operation of an assigned location. The Store Manager differentiate our stores from competitors by exceeding customers' expectations in the areas of Store Image and Cleanliness, In-Stock Position, and Customer Service as well as maximizing store profitability by increasing sales, controlling expenses, and controlling cash and inventory losses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates should have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be available to work required shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a happy, smiling attitude are essential.
Supervisory experience in a fast paced, high volume retail or restaurant environment is helpful.

Key job responsibilities include:
Promoting and providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely, professional manner
Handling all types of store transactions for products and services
Maintaining a clean and pleasant store environment
Recruiting, hiring, and training employees, as well as developing the store staff
Analyzing daily sales and expense information, and developing plans to maximize sales and net profits
Reaching desired objectives by evaluating and developing specific action plans that address the needs of the store site

Experience in retail sales or food service
Honest and friendly nature
Ability to be at work on time as scheduled
Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
Ability to work alone
Ability to work with minimal direction and periodic supervision
Customer first attitude
PC Skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
Ability to run a cash register in a retail environment
Must be able to properly lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time.
