Job Description
Herb's is searching for Retail Supervisors for our Footwear Department and Store Front End.
Responsibilities:
- The Front End Supervisor supervises cashiers, service desk and cash office personnel. They handle customer services, cash management, and oversee the efficiency and appearance of the front of the store.
- The Footwear Supervisor is responsible for the department and stock room. They ensure all merchandise is properly represented on the sales floor, signage is correct and customers are provided service by knowledgeable and efficient sales staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar enviroment
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
