HVAC/Refrigeration Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Golden Gate Bell, LLC, a Franchisee of Taco Bell, is currently looking for a qualified Facilities Technician. The area of coverage will be San Francisco/Bay Area surrounding cities. We are looking to hire a highly qualified experienced individual for our growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Ongoing PM (preventive maintenance) and corrective maintenance (including emergency) to heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems including service and repair techniques for light commercial and industrial systems as dispatched.
• Ongoing PM (preventive maintenance) and corrective maintenance (including emergency) to restaurant equipment, basic electrical and plumbing systems.
• Performs minor repairs and other tasks as needed to maintain the restaurants in a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, and customers.
• Assessment of immediate service requirements as well as pro-active assessment of potential additional service.
• Compliance with safety, good housekeeping and all state and local ordinances.
• Works alone with minimal supervision.
• Self motivated with great people skills. Must be a team player.li>Has current EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification.
• Maintains current valid Driver license with clean MVR.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
• Must have 1 or more years experience.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check required.
