Target New Store Team Members & Team Leaders

And it’s made possible by our store team members who help us keep the store looking great and assist guests on their Target run.

Target is opening a new store in Lancaster, at 1589 Fruitville Pike, and is currently hiring Team Members and Team Leaders.

Join us for a hiring event on Thursday, January 11th from 9:00am-5:00pm, Friday January 12th from 9:00am-5:00pm, and Saturday January 13th from 9:00am-5:00pm at the Lancaster Marriott Penn Square (25 South Queen Street Lancaster, PA 17603).
 

Team Members

• Deliver excellent service to Target guests
• Help keep the Target brand experience consistent, positive and welcoming
• Make a difference by responding quickly and responsively to guest and team member needs

Team Leaders (Hourly Department Managers)

• Lead teams that provide excellent service to Target guests, both face-to-face and by supporting sales floor teams
• Help to keep the Target brand experience consistent, positive and welcoming for guests
• Hire, supervise and train team members to achieve Target sales, service and presentation goals

Requirements
