PrideStaff is looking for a hands-on Production Lead for a powder coating company located in Westminster. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:30am.
Job Duties:
PrideStaff is looking for a hands-on Production Lead for a powder coating company located in Westminster. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company. Hours are Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:30am.
Job Duties:
- Review production schedule for production priorities
- Meet with 1st shift personnel to determine progress on schedule
- Direct shift personnel based on schedule and priorities
- Inspect parts scheduled to be painted to make sure they have been prepped
- Assist production process where needed, prepping, hanging, painting or packing
- Communicate shift progress on shift schedule
- Train new personnel
- Prior supervisory experience in a production environment
- Ability to prioritize production schedules
- Willingness to jump in and move production along
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities due to client needs
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
