Architectural Inspector

Walking through a newly built resort in Everett and using CAD drawings to make sure that all the rooms look the way they should. i.e. pictures are hung, doors are there, structure looks right

Must Haves:

1. AutoCAD drafting experience
2. Understanding of CDs and the ability to read plans.


Job description:
These people will be responsible for taking the plans for each individual room in the hotel and leading a team of three inspectors through a complete review of all aspects of the room to make sure that the rooms have been completed to Wynn's 5 star standards. They will receive detailed training on the front end to show them what that entails. Their job as the team lead is not management, as much as guidance. They will not be responsible for directing or improving the performance of the folks on their inspection teams. Instead, they will be responsible for reading the plans and communicating to the team how things should look in each room.
