Job Summary

We are seeing a motivated and enthusiastic Car Wash Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talking with people and encouraging them to take advantage of our many excellent services.

Some examples of those services are car wash upsells, Unlimited Wash Memberships, or our detail services.

The individual we are looking for must smile and have a positive and friendly demeanor.

This is a flexible job. We will accommodate your schedule and needs. It could be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and assist them in identifying services and washes that make sense for their needs
• Provide detailed information about memberships and detailing services
• Accepting payments of cash or credit card and giving correct cash change are all required abilities.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience in car wash, cleaning, and detailing vehicles is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work outside
• English; Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Compensation

• Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage with commissions and sales bonuses based on items and services sold. If you are motivated by your selling ability, this is a great position to earn!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour plus commissions
