Primary duties generally include floor operations, and Brand Training programs. Generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/ her team to deliver great friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales of a single restaurant. They support the Restaurant Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkinrsquo; standards, franchisee policies and procedures and in compliance with all applicable laws./ppstrongnbsp;Responsibilities Include:/strong/pulliAble to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members/liliLead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager/liliOversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff/liliEnsure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed/liliCreate and maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant/liliReview guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement/liliCommunicates restaurant priorities, goals and results to restaurant team members/liliExecute along with RM, new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling where applicable/liliExecution of Point of Purchase instore set up per Brand standards/liliMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws/liliControl costs to help maximize profitability/liliCompletion of inventory on a periodic basis as determined by Franchisee/liliSupport RM in completion of weekly labor schedule ensuring all shifts are staffed to meet guest demand and service standards/liliSupport RM in assigning staff and deployment/liliSupport to RM in completion of supplier and other vendor orders/liliConduct self-assessments and corresponding action plans/liliEnsure restaurant budget is met as determined by Franchisee/liliManages cash over/short in restaurant and ensures team members are following franchiseersquo;s cash management policies/liliEngages with Dunkinrsquo; Brands Field Operations team as appropriate/li/ulpnbsp;strongManagement Responsibilities Include:/strong/pulliRecruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members/liliAssist team and shift lead performance appraisal process/liliCoach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction/li/ulpstrongnbsp;Education/Experience:/strong/pulliBasic computer skills/liliFluent in spoken and written English/liliBasic math and financial management/liliPrevious leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality/li/ulpstrongKey Competencies/strong/pulliGood analytical skills and business acumen/liliWorks well with other in a fun fast paced team environment/liliOn time, demonstrates honesty and positive attitude/liliWillingness to learn and embrace change/liliAbility to train and develop a team/liliGuest focused/liliTime Management/liliProblem solving/liliMotivating others/li/ulpnbsp;strongPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:/strong/pulliStanding on feet/liliRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching/liliLifting packages (if applicable)/liliWearing a headset (if applicable)/liliWorking in a small space/li/ulpemMany Dunkin' restaurants are owned and operated by an independent franchisee.
