The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drains or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. /span/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"emspan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Responsibilities/span/em/span/p ul lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Complete all drain cleaning, jetting and cable work related to in-home, service calls./span/li liActively engage with clients during sewer camera inspections to identify potential repair or replacement needs./li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Provide camera service for main line stoppages/span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services./span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement./span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Explain reasons for blockage and illustrate how you will resolve the issue. /span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding goals./span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business./span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Work along side customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business./span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Protect drain cleaning and camera equipment and keep a well inventoried truck./span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats./span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs./span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif"Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets./span/li liOccasional 12-8 and Saturday shifts will be required, but scheduled in advance/li /ul pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"emspan style="font-size: 18px"Requirements:/span/em/span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 16px"Proven experience in plumbing, sewer inspection, or a related field./span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px"Proficiency in operating sewer camera equipment and diagnostic tools./span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px"Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail./span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px"Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team./span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px"Valid driver's license and clean driving record./span/li lispan style="font-size: 16px"Clean background check/span/li /ul pspanIf you want to be part of something bigger than just a job – make this career move and find exactly what you’re looking for.
