Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

 A Maintenance foreman will manage the complete installation or maintenance of projects from start to finish. They will utilize their team of 2 to 5 members to effectively install the project while meeting the budget and timeline for the completion of the project.

We are looking for full-time Landscape/Maintenance crew leaders in Millsboro, DE who have experience in:

• Small team management in landscaping/construction industries
• trimming and edging around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls
• planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass
• applying pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers
• trimming/pruning trees and shrubs
• be professional in appearance and actions 

Applicants must:

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• be able to lift 50 pounds
• be able to operate standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• have 3 years of previous landscape experience  
• maintain a regular, dependable attendance record
• be able to understand and install landscape plans 
• be able to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime
• be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
