Shift Leader

We need qualified, reliable, trustworthy managers who are willing to help train employees, run a shift, build our customer base and keep the moral of the employees up in order to improve our business. We like our shift leaders to be trained on both opening and closing procedures so we can be sure to cover all shifts. We are a fast-paced business so we need energetic managers who can handle situations and keep the flow of the business going.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years or older
• Background check
• Available to work: weekends

Preferred qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Restaurant front of house skills: drive thru
• Restaurant front of house skills: front counter
• Management skills: supervising employees
• Management skills: managing employee conflicts
• Management skills: resolving customer complaints
• Math skills: counting cash drawer
• Available to work: early morning
