Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, fellow employees and other guests at AnMed Health North Campus and AnMed Health Medical Center.
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk for up to eight hours.
• Assist patients in and out of vehicles, which may include the use of assistive devices.
• Push patients in a wheelchair to their destination.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED. 
• Two years' experience in the customer service field or working with the public. 
• Prior employment in a health care facility, hotel or other service-related industry is desirable.
• Must be efficient at Microsoft Word, typing documents, speaking on the phone and utilizing the email system. 
• Must be willing to become CPR certified (training provided by the department) and administer CPR and/or use AED device if needed.
