Event Planning & Management (Political Team) - Full-time / Part-time

adeo is a woman-owned and -led communications agency and political consulting firm based in Baltimore, Maryland that is seeking our next rockstar intern to work with our Political team. adeo Political is committed to building power for Democratic candidates and officeholders through smart strategy and seamless execution. We work directly with Democrats who currently hold or are running for elected office, helping them effectively connect with supporters and constituents.

Ideal candidates possess strong time-management skills, an enthusiasm for organization, the ability to adapt and problem-solve on the fly, and a strong sense of professionalism in social/work environments. This internship is a great opportunity for someone interested in Democratic politics, events, fundraising, and grassroots engagement. You’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign operations and event planning; exposure to Democratic officials and candidates at the federal, state, and local levels of government; and mentorship from seasoned political professionals.

Position: Intern – Event Planning & Management (Political Team)

Location: In Person (adeo offices in Baltimore City + event venues around Maryland)

Reports to: Vice President, Political

Compensation: Hourly, $20/hour + Travel Reimbursement

Time Commitment: 15-20 hours/week (availability on weekday evenings a must)
