FULL TIME OR PART TIME-Overnight Crew Member/Baker

Introduction

As a Dunkin’ Crew Member, you are responsible for providing guests with exceptional customer service and prepare food and beverages all while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This is accomplished in a fun and fast-paced environment surrounded by a team of people who take great pride in their work.

Our team is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals who are interested in joining us!

Working overnights is a big responsibility good attendance is required.

Hours Available:

10PM-6AM

Responsibilities Include:

• Follow all procedures related to cash, sanitation and food safety
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Handling guest concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow speed of service standards
• Prepare food and beverages according to guests requests
• Assemble and package orders promptly and neatly
• Organize and maintain stock following proper rotation methods
• Baking of Muffins, Bagels, etc
• Two persons on shift share responsibilities including taking care of guests.
