deliveries Manages the visitor checkin and checkout process by confirming proper procedures are followed monitoring and communicating associate andvisitor temporary badge processes verifying visitor picture identification verifying visitors are approved before granting access and informing visitorsof company visitor and building expectations Provides office and clerical support by answering and transferring calls to associates and nonassociates for example vendors contractors andcreating and maintaining contact lists for example associate nonassociate distribution facility maintenance to stay uptodate with businessneeds Schedules and maintains equipment and meeting or break rooms by entering information into electronic calendar turning lights off replacing andorganizing chairs and tables ensuring phones and other equipment in meeting rooms are working and coordinating signout and signin of equipmentand supplies to maintain asset security Complies with company policies The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
