**Position Summary...** **What you'll do...** **Role summary:** The **Manager, Learning and Development Programs and Platforms** , aligns talent development, workforce strategy, and platform management with enterprise goals to support Facility Services’ TEACH pillar. Operating in a fast-paced environment, **this role manages cross-functional L&D projects and programs, supports workforce pipeline initiatives, engages stakeholders, and delivers executive reporting** on program outcomes. Additionally, this role serves as the **primary LMS Manager** . Key responsibilities include handling **user management, building learner groups, provisioning access, providing technical support, and deploying learning programs** , paths, and digital badges. **About the team:** As a key component of **Facility Services’ TEACH pillar** , the **Learning Strategy team drives organizational growth through intentional, high-impact training programs** . We are committed to fostering a professional environment that **supports growth, accountability, and operational excellence** in learning and development initiatives. **What you'll do:** + Lead complex L&D projects and programs, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. + Support workforce pipeline development and strategic partnerships to enable organizational growth. + Deliver executive-level reporting and analytics on learning outcomes and program impact. + Act as a key liaison across teams to ensure alignment and visibility of learning initiatives. + Support associate communication and collaboration to champion program engagement. + Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) user management, build learner groups, provision access, and resolve day-to-day technical issues. + Load, configure, and deploy learning programs, paths, and digital badges in the LMS. **What you'll bring:** + Proven experience in learning and development strategy, including program and project management. + Strong skills in instructional design, content development, and performance management. + Ability to manage learning management systems and ensure alignment with business goals. + Expertise in stakeholder management with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships. + Demonstrated ability to measure program effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives. + Experience supervising and developing associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. + Strong communication skills to influence, motivate, and collaborate across teams and leadership.
