As a leader in our distribution centers, you will be responsible for leading incredible customer service and managing daily department operations. You will directly supervise multiple employees in various roles who are responsible for receiving vendor product and selecting store orders safely and efficiently to service our stores. What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily production tasks and execute plans to meet productivity standards; communicate performance updates to the team
- Coach and hold employees accountable for job expectations and results
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure quality through cold chain and food safety standards
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize inventory
- Ensure delivery timelines and productivity goals are met
- Prioritize and oversee tasks to drive efficient, on-time completion
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading a team
- Computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual
- Distribution and/or warehouse experience
