As a Delivery Associate, your office changes daily across the vibrant communities surrounding Anne Arundel and Howard Counties. If you enjoy driving, operating professional vehicles, staying fit on the job, and delivering top-tier customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Location & Schedule:

• Delivery Station Location: 7226 Preston Gateway Drive, Hanover, MD 21076
• Shift Start Time: 11:00 AM daily
• Shift Length: Approximately 8–10 hours per day (Full-time position)
• Flexibility: Schedules vary based on business and delivery needs.

Your Duties:

• Load & Navigate: Safely load, organize, and unload packages for a successful day on assigned delivery routes.
• Operate Safely: Safely operate delivery vehicles, including commercial vehicles and box trucks (experience with manual transmissions is a plus).
• Material Handling: Utilize handheld delivery tech, pallet jacks, and forklifts when needed to manage package volume efficiently.
• Customer Connection: Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Team Communication: Keep dispatch updated on route progress and handle any on-road concerns proactively.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must successfully pass a background check and required drug screening.
• Previous commercial driving, delivery, courier, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely perform heavy lifting and perform essential physical functions.
• Strong communication skills, customer-service mindset, and high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with navigation tools, smartphone applications, and local traffic regulations.
