Program Director - PRO Martial Arts "Building Character for a Lifetime"
We are looking for focused, self-motivated leaders who radiate character. The position requires candidates who possess excellent prospecting, communication and networking skills. Enthusiasm, a professional demeanor and a sense of urgency are all required. Candidates must also enjoy following up with leads, speaking with people face to face and must thrive in short sales cycles.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Aggressively seek opportunities to gain new members as well as upgrade memberships internally.
* Constantly monitor the pulse of the existing student population and manage attrition.
* Increase awareness of the business through community outreach, advertising, B2B partnerships, and social media.
* Book appointments, follow up, close, and retain membership.
* Deliver persuasive presentations on the benefits of all programs.
Job Requirements:
* Prior sales experience preferred.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to follow a proven Sales Model.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or attention to detail.
* Superior time management skills.
* Valid driver's license.
* Able to work nights and weekends.
* Able to pass criminal and child safety background checks.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
