About this job

Temp to hire opportunity in northern PA for a product screenmaker. Will be working under the Print Department Supervisor on the following: Tension various screen meshes to frames at required force. Will prep mesh covered screens and apply various type of screen stencils. Develop screens for screenprintingusing a light intergrator and vacuum table. Inspect and touch up stenciled screens to produce good, printable images. Will wash out screens after developing. Clean and reclaim screens after screen printing. Organize work flow withing the department, and adhere to deadlines. Will maintain inventory levels for consumables used within department, calibrate screenmaking equiepments, to conform to ISO Certification procedures. Perform basic equipment maintenance, and be able to attend seminars, tradeshows and work related training.

Requirements

Must have good written, verbal and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision in a team oriented work environment. Must possess good problem solving skills, and be detail oriented. Must have proficient computer skills, and the basic understanding of units of measure (fractions, grams, microns, mils and decimals)Good manual dexterity needed!
