Grounds Keeper - Part-time

Positions starts January 8th.

Maintenance Duties:

• leaf blowing
• minor snow removal from walkways
• power washing
• Home Repairs
• Cleaning and upkeep of different outside areas
• Maintenance of different Studios
• Must coordinate work with sub-contractors when necessary including obtaining quotes, approval and scheduling work.
• Responsible for cleaning and Vehicles on the property
• Various different projects that come up throughout the week.

Seasonal Work:

Setting up and tearing down summer furniture

open and close of different properties

setting up and tearing down Holiday Décor

Other responsibilities:

Errands around town that need to get done.

Alarms when necessary

Requirements:

•  
• 2 years of handyman experience
• Political Savvy and ability to think on your feet
• Great communication skills
• highly motivated
• ability to work with different sub-contractors and obtain quotes
• ability to work individually with little direction
