Job Description
SHORE Office Warehouse is looking for a dynamic salesperson who is dedicated to delivering quality products and outstanding customer service while understanding the true needs of our customers. If you are passionate, professional, and a “people-person," we want to speak with you!
In this critical customer service sales position, you will be selling office furniture, cubicles, and décor products to various commercial and retail customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests upon arrival to our retail showroom and learning the motivation for their visit; understanding their needs and intuiting solutions to develop long-term relationships
- Presenting and discussing various office furnishings and product-options based on your discovery of the prospective clients’ needs and goals
- Marketing new products, promotions, and special events
- Assisting customers in financing, purchasing, delivery, and ultimate satisfaction
- Increasing personal knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through continuous training and development.

Specific Requirements:
- Customer service experience is required to be successful in this role while retail sales experience is preferred.
- Professional, driven outlook with a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to teamwork.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to be an active listener, to clearly and courteously interact with English speaking clients.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft OS and associated programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) computer knowledge is required.
