Flexibility to work in order to accomplish daily tasks

Demonstrates cleanliness, food safety and sanitation

Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently operate dish washing machine

Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing

Ensure pots, pans, utensils, etc. are clean, sanitized and available as needed

Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen

Deep clean kitchen equipment as needed

Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely manner

Empty trash and take to dumpster

Stock delivered food and non-food items

Assist in production as needed

Performs other duties as assigned

Hours:

Wed - Friday  11:00 am - 7 pm
