Quality Technician

We are seeking a Quality Technician to become an integral part of our team! LCS Skilled Services provides services to the automotive and manufacturing industries. Specifically, we are a contractor within Volkswagen. 

Looking for a first shift employee (6:00am - 2:30pm) to start at the beginning of January. 

Responsibilities:

• Tear down cars to check: spot welds, glued components, laser welds, sealer check.
• Investigate and recreate reported defects
• Carry out different weld checks
• Completing task on time or early
• Report findings to Volkswagen

Qualifications:

• understand pneumatic tools such as air chisels, grinders, plasma cutters.
• Read blueprint schematics
• Microsoft excel proficient

Need to:

• Be on time
• Okay with some busy days and some slow days
• Work well with others
• Communication
