You are a heartbeat away from ships captain. As member of the management team, you
shape the culture of the restaurant. It will carry your imprint. In the absence of the
Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the buck stops with you. Your role is to build the
capability of your team, continue running great shifts, and partner with your RGM to make
