Specific Functions and Duties: 

• Cleans and sanitizes the work area 


• Operating dishwasher machine 


• Sweeping and Mopping 


• Stocking up the restaurant 

Qualification Standards: 

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more 


• Must be able to multitask 


• Mobility required during the entire shift. 


• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
