SUMMARY:

The manager, inventory management and replenishment will be responsible for managing the end to end supply chain process which impact on our inventory level.

**MAIN DUTIES:**

* Manage daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports to ensure optimum inventory levels based on the most accurate demand data communicated by the Product management, marketing, logistics teams as well as third party logistics (3PLs), Supply Management team.

* Build & execute inventory annual/quarterly/Monthly supply schedules for all SKUs based on adjusted sales annual/monthly forecasts and translate these forecasts to inventory replenishment and expediting recommendations.

* Investigate and timely communicate any possible risks that may have significant impact on inventory replenishment variations.

* Attend weekly scheduling meetings to communicate needs and resolve issues pertaining to upcoming scheduling requirements.

* Collaborate with forecasting team to build forecasting models and automate inventory reports.

* Approve the replenish order qty to meet the optimum inventory levels and control the spending budget.

* Manage excess/aging inventory and storage fees at Amazon, all DC, and all 3PLs.

* Build effective communication channels and collaboration processes with the Supply Management, Logistics, Product management, marketing and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted availability of healthy levels of inventory.

* Build and communicate accurate inventory reports to the finance/accounting.

* Manage all inventory outbound transactions in close coordination with transportation carriers, and warehousing/third-party logistics service providers.

* Build and manage effective auditable documentation system.

* Develop and implement key SOPs within areas of responsibility.

* Develop effective and reliable reporting dashboards and communicate these to leadership.

* Identify and introduce best practices for inventory planning and management within the organization.

* Manage, hire, and develop direct reports associated with inventory planning & management duties.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Fluent in English and bilingual in Mandarin is preferrable.

* Solid Data Base Query & Excel Proficiency.

* VBS Macro function, Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Access.

* SAP & SAP BW Systems Proficiency.

* Ideally located in Boston, California or KY.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**

* Bachelors degree required.

* Candidates should have 5+ years related experience as a Supply Chain/ Supply Planning, inventory management.

Location can be Versailles, KY, Wilmington, MA or Los Angeles, CA.
