Global Fire & Life Safety Program Coordinator

The Global Fire & Life Safety Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in promoting a secure and compliant working environment across international locations. This position requires a dedicated professional with expertise in fire safety, a global perspective, and strong coordination skills.

What the day will look like:

    • Take a lead role in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Global Fire & Life Safety Program.
    • Ensure compliance with internal fire safety standards and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, drills, and incidents.
    • Generate reports to communicate program status and recommend improvements.
    • Promote a culture of awareness and accountability for fire and life safety.
    • Coordinate regular fire safety inspections across global locations.
    • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure adherence to safety standards.
    • Serve as the point of contact for fire and life safety inquiries and concerns.
    • Facilitate communication between global teams regarding scheduling and ensure timely completion of recommendations.
    • Perform other duties as required.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

    • Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated track record in collaborating with a large-scale Fortune 500 company.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in identifying and mitigating fire and life safety risks.
    • Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and manage fire and life safety projects on a global scale.
    • Thorough and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance.
    • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and organizational requirements in the global context.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
