Job Title: Construction Laborer

Salary $17-$24/hr DOE
Day Shift
- We're hiring experienced Constructions Laborers to support and assist Foremen and Superintendents with on-site projects, by filling labor intensive roles in varying capabilities, including but not limited to, performing industrial cleaning, commercial light construction, material removal. Responsibilities:
- Depalletization, removal of large debris
- Assist in set up and tear down of equipment
- Gather proper tools needed to perform the tasks being completed, and have the knowledge of these tools and their applications
- Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site
- Direct traffic when necessary to ensure safety of pedestrians, motorists and work crew
- Provide labor support as needed for specialty crew
- Regularly required to repetitively use hands to: push, pull, use fingers, bend and twist wrists
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Construction ( or similar) experience
- Ability to safely lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and/or walk up to 75% of the time on the job
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be on time
- Ability to Squat, kneel, bend, reach, pull, walk, climb continuously for up to 8 hours a day
- Excellent communication, organizational and listening skills
- Able to work in various weather conditions including not limiting: sun, rain, and wind
- Self-motivated to learn new skills and trades
- Ability to work Overtime, Saturday's and some Sundays
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to commute to jobsite location
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Must be able to stand, lift and work outside in all weather conditions
- All candidates must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check
