Responsibilities
- Assist experienced agents in providing exceptional service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with agents to conduct thorough policy reviews, identifying opportunities for coverage improvement.
- Participate in product presentations to educate clients about available insurance options and their benefits.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Actively engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance your insurance knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Property and Casualty License Or ability to get licensed
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must possess a valid insurance license (or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe).
