At this time we are looking for the following positions in the Little Rock area:
- Restaurant General Manager: Salary to 65k
- Restaurant Kitchen Manager: Salary to 65k
- Front of the House Restaurant Manager: Salary to 65k

- Restaurant General Manager: 2-3 years of current Full Service or Fast Casual General Manager experience
- Restaurant Kitchen Manager: 2-3 years of current salaried Kitchen Manager experience with a Full Service concept
- Restaurant Manager: 2-3 years of current Full Service Restaurant Manager experience with a Full Service concept
- High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $3 million per year in sales
- Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
- Restaurant manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
