Career Title: Marketing and Communications Production Coordinator

Department: Marketing and Communications

Salary Hiring Range: $65,000-80,000 annually (paid bi-weekly)

NOTE: Competitive salary commensurate with experience

FLSA: Exempt

Career Summary:

A highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Production Coordinator to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful project management, deployment and distribution of our marketing and communications content. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, quality control, and strategic planning, with a keen eye for detail. This role requires a deep understanding of the creative process, technical requirements, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams to achieve successful campaign deployments. This position will work closely with our Project Management Team and Creative Team.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience.

Work Experience/What You Will Do:

• Project Management: Coordinate the kick-off, workflow, and deployment of creative projects, ensuring all necessary resources, assets, and stakeholders are aligned to meet project deadlines. Refine and improve processes to better the design team’s workflow. Assign tasks and responsibilities to Project Management team members and communicate project milestones.

• Deployment Calendar: Manage and maintain a calendar as it relates to the deployment of external campaigns and internal communications. The deployment manager will map out the deployment schedule while considering campaign and communication strategies set forth in our marketing strategy program. Making any adjustments as necessary.

• Technical Expertise: Determine if all necessary information has been provided to the creative team, design team or project management team before a project can begin. Address technical requirements and specifications for deploying creative content. Ensure those technical requirements have been followed before deploying.

• Quality Control: Complete a list of standardized checks to ensure creative assets meet the requirements of those parameters set by stakeholders and ensure the content is deployed to correct audiences, follows the set date of deployment and all information provided is correct and accurate. The production manager will also continue to streamline the deployment process.

• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any timeline changes, deployment issues, technical glitches, or challenges that may arise during the process.

• Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with the project management team, creative team, and stakeholders. Provide updates on creative project progress and address concerns or questions.

• Documentation: Maintain records of project management, deployment processes, strategies, and performance data for future reference and continuous improvement. (SOPs)


Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Project Management) or equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful creative content deployment.

• Excellent stakeholder management, strategy skills and attention to detail.

• Strong knowledge of technical requirements and various online platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges.

• Player-Coach who is an avid learner and has a passion for building new things.


Work Schedule:

Hybrid: Employees are required to work a minimum of 20% in an ANA office.
