Responsibilities - Service Technician:

• Communicate concerns to the Service Advisor.
• Diagnose and assess repairs for all vehicle problems.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate all customer concerns.
• Ride along with customers if the problem persists
• Manage repair orders to ensure service completion by promise times
• Maintain a professional workstation including the toolbox, vehicle lift, and general work area
• Diligent about driver safety and obedience to all federal, state, and local laws
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Work closely with the parts and service departments
• Ensure quality work and that the repairs will be satisfactory to the customer
  
  

Requirements - Service Technician:

• Genuine desire to serve
• RECENT Experience required! Level 2 and Level 3 FCA Technicians preferred
• ASE certification Preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, A/C equipment, etc.
• Resume must be uploaded, online assessment completed, and you must have RECENT Automotive Service Technician Experience for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
