WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Support in team management by developing and cross-training Tribe members
• Lead shifts by setting the pace, delegating assignments, and keeping others on track
• Create a positive guest experience by providing top notch service and resolving issues
• Uphold and enforce food safety and quality standards
• Support in completing checklists
• Monitor online ordering for speed and accuracy
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties including cash handling, inventory, or paperwork

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload    
• Deliver craveable food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures
• The ability to empower and mentor Tribe  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must learn to cross train in all positions
• Must get a managers food handlers certification upon hire
• Must have slip resistance shoes (day 1 of training)
• Upon hire, must pass a leadership validation test
