We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our team of attorneys in managing all aspects of our clients' cases. Compensation:

$48,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that all key deadlines and procedural requirements are met. 
  • Draft, research, and edit legal documents, including correspondence, and settlement demands. 
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis to inform them of case developments and address their questions or concerns. 
  • Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, and relevant evidentiary documents. 
  • Coordinate and schedule important case events, such as mediations, and court appearances. 
  • Prepare and maintain client files in an organized and efficient manner, ensuring that all necessary documents are readily available for review. 
  • Research supporting case law and regulations applicable to personal injury matters. 
  • Prepare & Review Demands.  
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required. 
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury law. 
  • Paralegal certification or degree preferred. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of personal injury litigation processes and relevant state and federal laws. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, case management software, and electronic filing systems. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines. 
  • Exceptional client service skills and empathy for individuals who have suffered personal injuries. 
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive matters.
