Immediate need for a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well established group Lets discuss.

We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon interested in partnership track (after 1 year employment) and becoming a surgical suite shareholder. We would like to add a general orthopaedic surgeon, sports medicine ortho, hand ortho or spine orthopaedic surgeon to our group. If general, interest in shoulders (total shoulder replacements) is required. If spine or hand, must be willing to take general orthopaedic call (described below)
About the practice:
- Current providers: 3 orthopaedic surgeons, 1 Pain Management MD, 1 Podiatrist and 2 PA's
- Hospital privileges at one local hospital (within 5 miles of our office)
- General ER call at one local hospital (shared with one other ortho group: 1:7 (1:8 with new MD)
- Outpatient clinic: in-house x-ray, DME and on-site PT (outsourced)
- On-site surgical suite treating commercial payers, self-pay and Work Comp currently (shareholder upon hire in surgical suite entity)
- Competitive base salary + production-based bonus (based on professional collections/revenue)
- Relocation/signing bonus (possible / negotiable)

- 3 hours from the beach (VA Beach)
- 2 hours from Washington DC
- Service area population: 200,000
