Description/Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARYAs a Materials Management Admin of medical kits, you will be performing a variety of clerical duties, such as preparing supplies, assembling and mailing kits, and processing information into database. Other administrative duties assigned.
Essential Functions- Sort and prepare slides for filing
- File light, IF & Muscle slides as per SOP
- Retrieve materials for internal and external requests as needed.
- Prepare older slides for archival storage off-site.
- Prepare kit supplies and maintain kits for shipping.
- Recycle kits daily for use in outgoing kits.
- Deliver or retrieve materials from off-site archival storage as assigned.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks as assigned.
- Work as a backup to Materials Management Clerk - Kits Position
- Work as a backup to Materials Management Clerk - Slides Position

This is a Part-Time position Monday-Friday 8 am-2 pm, onsite in Little Rock, AR.
SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 1 year of office experience
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Proficient Excel skills required.
Strong computer skills required
Other Requirements: Driver's License
