What a Kleingers Group Civil Engineer Co-op is all about:

• Collaborating with a team of experienced engineers

• Drafting and designing construction drawings for projects in the industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, transportation, and mixed-use markets

• Becoming proficient in the use of design and CAD applications

• Learning how to organize your work to maximize your contribution, growth, and development

• Working positively within a team environment

• Developing skills and knowledge to increase and advance what you know to help meet your full potential

• Learning how we interact with our clients to provide value

• Having fun! We work hard to excel in our projects, but we like to engage and have fun too!

What we are looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a Civil Engineering degree program

• Desire to work in a collaborative environment with coworkers

• Thirst for knowledge and team-oriented

• Organized with an attention to detail

• Enjoys solving problems and asking questions

• Ability to communicate and present ideas

• Eagerness to learn and develop AutoCAD skills and create model-based designs in Civil 3D

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel. Willingness to learn minimal use of project management software
