Cooks/Pizza Makers/All Staff Positions

Job Summary, Full Time or Part time Italian Food Cooks and Hand Tossed Pizza Makers are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes and pies according to restaurant recipes and specifications. Cook/Pizza Maker- Job Duties & Responsibilities Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service. Prepare a variety of foods, meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable and cold food items. Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station. Cover, date and correctly store all bits and pieces and food prep items. Notify Manager in advance of likely shortages. Serve menu items compliant with established standards. Use food preparation tools in accordance with manufactures instructions. Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations. Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times. Constantly use safe and hygienic food handling practices. Returns dirty food preparation utensils to the appropriate areas. Assist with all duties as assigned by Kitchen Manager Servers, Cashiers, Dishwashers - Job Duties & Responsibilities Provide excellent guest relations and ensure customer satisfaction. Leadership skills to be implemented over the rest of the FOH team. Able to open and close the restaurant properly following management instructions. Sanitize tables and ensure cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and delivery. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.
