Your Role in Our Success

Every member of our team plays a pivotal role in our company's journey towards success. Your contributions will ensure that each interaction, project, and endeavor is executed flawlessly. As a Commercial Service Coordinator, you'll have key accountabilities including:

  • Client Communication: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, fostering loyalty, repeat business, and referrals, ultimately driving company success.

  • Project Coordination: Utilize organizational and communication skills to ensure projects progress smoothly, overcoming obstacles efficiently.

  • Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with others to achieve common goals.

  • Permitting and Compliance: Adhere to ethical and safety guidelines for project completion.

  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports on sales activities, maintenance, pipeline, and forecasts.

  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize and monitor customer satisfaction to build lasting relationships.

Salary Range:

$50,000-$60,000 per year

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

  • Service Titan experience is a Bonus

  • Basic plumbing knowledge is a bonus.

  • On-site work is required.
