As a Team Member, you are a vital member of your Cicis Team. You may elect to focus on becoming proficient in just one or a few different positions. Or you may seek to get fully cross-trained in all positions. And perhaps one day develop the skills necessary to become a Shift Trainer or Manager. Regardless of what you're looking for, chances are Cicis has just the right opportunity for you!
Team Members enjoy meeting new people, interacting directly with the Guest to ensure each Guest has a memorable and enjoyable dining experience at Cicis.

Requirements

Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Must be 15 Year of Age

Cashier (Guest Greeter) – Welcome every Guest into Cicis Pizza. Process orders, complete payment transactions, answer menu questions, suggest add-ons, answer the phone, handle third-party orders (Uber Eats, Door Dash and Grubhub) and Carry-Out/To-Go Orders. Along with taking care of the Buffet, Salad Bar and Pasta Bar. Thank Guests for visiting. Guest Greeter also keeps the front counter area clean, stocked and organized.
Be on your feet for extended periods of time. Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
Will also assist with other positions and/or areas of the restaurant as needed/requested by Manager
Guest Greeter also helps in the Dining Room to assist in maintaining a clean and orderly dining room for our Guests.

Service Assistant/Dining Room – Ensures all dining room Guests enjoy a great dining experience at Cicis Pizza. Deliver pizza and/or wing orders to dining room Guests. Fulfill extra service requests from Guests, pre-bus/bus tables and maintain a clean dining room by removing plates, cups, bowls, silverware and trays from tables and counters, along with maintaining an orderly dining room environment: including table, chairs, booths, floors, bus stations, game room, restrooms, beverage counter, doors/windows and removing trash bags/cans and replacing as needed.
Will also assist with other positions and/or areas of the restaurant as needed/requested by Manager
Be on your feet for extended periods of time. Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

CUT (Kitchen Position) – Responsible for cutting/preparing the flow of product from the ovens to the buffet and for carry-out/to-go. Prepare and organize buffet and carry-out/to-go items (pizzas, wings, pasta, soup, garlic bread, desserts and other misc. items) and special requests. Help handle third-party orders (Uber Eats, Door Dash and Grubhub) and Carry-Out/To-Go Orders.
Be able to multi-task and focus in a high-paced environment. Maintaining workspace cleanliness, including work surface, tables, floors, walls; while keeping the area stocked and organized.
Be on your feet for extended periods of time. Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

STOCK / SERVER (Kitchen Position) – Maintaining the buffet presentation by keeping the counters wiped down and pizza slots full, fresh and fronted. Initiating interactions with the guests, smiling and being present at the buffet to handle guests' needs. Need to have knowledge of the menu items to ensure personal pizza (request) order accuracy. Be able to multi-task and focus in a high-paced environment. Maintaining cleanliness of floors and area. Also, help keeping the pasta bar, salad bar and beverage counter clean/organized.
