- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and industry news
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for clients
- Manage multiple client bookings simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timely communication
- Provide recommendations and personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
- Process payments and handle any necessary paperwork related to bookings

Experience:
- Previous experience in travel planning or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate client needs
- Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Familiarity with hotel booking systems and online travel platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate bookings and documentation
