Do you have experience in commercial millwork and trim packages? Do you have the ability to show up every day on time and ready to work hard?
If so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team! Skillforce Inc. is looking for a carpenter apprentice with the ability to work within a crew of other talented craftsmen. You must be detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. Pay is based on your experience and proven prior work history.
Requirements:
- Repair work and installation of doors, windows, and fixtures as needed.
- Ability to do trim work
-Ability to hang drywall
-Ability to do metal and wood framing
- Install of floors, roofs, and walls
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to design your own layout is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow osha safety regulations
Qualifications:
- 2 years of proven experience as a carpenter
- Osha 10 or 30 is a plus but not required
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
