Job Role:

As the Cafe General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the cafe
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and manage cafe staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and exceptional customer service
• Maintain high product and service quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits
• Handle administrative duties such as reporting, budgeting, and scheduling

Qualifications:
