Outside Sales
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a prominent crown molding manufacturer in the Fayetteville, AR area, is seeking motivated sales professional to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits,
Outside Sales Job Summary:
- Pay: $45,000 - $58,000 annually
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- Cultivating & maintaining relationships with clients
- Generating new business opportunities
- Meet Sales goals & KPI
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including contractors, builders, architects, and designers, through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Production Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous sales experience required
- Artistic nature is a plus
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional network and promote company visibility.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
