Job Description

The Challenge: Critical decisions are made every single day in aligning our military forces for the future operating environment. The Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) delivers intelligence to inform policy makers, the force development enterprise, and warfighters in order to enable success in the current and future operating environment. What if you could use your expertise in Biometrics and Identity Intelligence (I2) to assist those efforts?

The successful Identity Intelligence (I2) Analyst on our team will conduct analytic production on the full range of unique identifying human characteristics and modalities to include, but not limited to, fingerprints, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), iris scans, voiceprints, facial recognition features, and behavior for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks. You will fuse identity attributes to include, but not limited to, biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action. You will analyze friendly and adversary biometric systems to understand their capabilities, vulnerabilities, and to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community. You would also support the production and coordination of doctrine and policy documents, in accordance with applicable DoD authorities and guidance, to facilitate and advance I2 across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE).
