DESCRIPTION

The Sales Coordinator (Support, Sales, Rental) is a fast paced, high pressure, challenging position that works closely with multiple departments in order to develop and maintain the sales and service relationships with customers.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Make phone calls to customers to sell support, services, and solutions.
  2. Answer calls and assist customers with counter sales and inquiries; process orders while providing world class customer service
  3. Maintain inventory levels
  4. Open, review, and close invoices

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High level of interpersonal skills which will enable the individual to effectively gain from the expertise of the various persons working in the organization.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers. Ability to write routine reports and effective correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Basic math skills including computing rates, ratios, averages, fractions, and percentages. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY

Demonstrate critical thinking in their ability to define complex problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Must be able to develop routine protocols as well as identify when the routines do not apply in a specific situation and handle exceptions as needed. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Up to 25%
