Job Summary:
McKinney Automotive, located in Easley, South Carolina, is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Parts Counterperson to join our team. The Parts Counterperson will be responsible for assisting customers with all of their automotive parts needs and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their parts inquiries and needs
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and order parts as needed
- Assist with loading and unloading parts shipments
- Provide pricing and availability information to customers
- Process customer payments for parts purchases
- Keep the parts department clean and organized
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction with the resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
