**Position: Receptionist**
**Location: Waldorf, Maryland**
**Salary: Competitive, Based on Experience**
**Responsibilities:**
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greeting and assisting customers upon their arrival at the dealership, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
- Providing administrative support to the dealership staff, including data entry, filing, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Collaborating with the sales and service teams to facilitate customer inquiries and requests.
- Demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude while addressing customer needs and inquiries.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
