Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Job Type: PT, M-F 4:00pm - 8:00pm

As the Front Desk Receptionist at Vierra Falls Church you serve as the information center for our residents, families, potential residents, staff, and all guests. You provide our visitors with the first impression of Vierra, a very important role.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Possesses expert knowledge of telephone system
• Previous Receptionist experience in healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledgeable of HIPAA

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Greets visitor immediately upon arrival
• Handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a professional, timely and courteous manner
• Manages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book
• Acts as a concierge for residents (handling calls, assisting visitors, checking deliveries, etc.)
• Keeps the lobby clean and neat, free of trash and clutter
